HISTORY OF THE MEETING

1. DURATION

1.1 The fourth meeting of the Aeronautical Mobile Communications Panel (AMCP) was opened by Mr. V.M. Aguado, President of the Air Navigation Commission in Montreal at 1030 hours on 25 March 1996. The meeting finished on 4 April 1996.

2. ATTENDANCE

2.1 The meeting was attended by members and observers nominated by fifteen Contracting States and three international organizations, as well as by advisers and others as shown in the list below:
